"I received Botox treatment for my forehead, 11’s, and brow lift yesterday for the first time with Dr. Senehi. I had received Botox elsewhere a few times prior and always winced, felt some pain, and left with bumps that remained a few hours.
However, with Dr. Senehi he was so gentle and skilled that I didn’t feel a single poke! He explained everything he was doing, and I even received Arnica on the sites after. "At the beginning of March I had the absolute wonderful experience of getting my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Senehi and his team.
I was getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted, and everyone in my personal life told me to get ready for a painful experience and a bad recovery, and all the other unfortunate but "necessary" parts about getting your wisdom teeth out. With Dr. Senehi, this was not the case.
"The day of the surgery, I went home with my pain meds from the pharmacy, gauze, ice pack for swelling; all the tools. DAY OF I changed my gauze about 4/5 times before I felt like the bleeding had sufficiently stopped, I iced for only 15 minutes, and then preemptively took Tylenol and Ibuprofen even though I had ZERO pain.
The following day, I didn't ice at all, and continued to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen preemptively because I couldn't believe I wasn't feeling any pain. I figured the meds were just doing their job.
The day after that (2 days post surgery) I stopped taking the pain meds to see if any pain would arise and none did. No icing as well on this day. AND THAT WAS THE WHOLE RECOVERY FOR ME.
Of course I stuck to my liquids and soft foods, but in terms of surgical recovery, there was no pain and no swelling in my face, which baffled everyone I told about. It was a really pleasant experience to not be feeling horrible after such a surgery.
So please, if you need to get your wisdom teeth out, go to Dr. Senehi. His staff is very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Senehi himself is a pro at what he does. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!"

Of course, he is excellent in his work, but his bedside manner is also great. I felt super comfortable during my whole procedure, and didn’t even need painkillers after! He took the time to explain everything to me, and I felt secure in my decision choosing him as my surgeon. "I've been putting off my wisdom teeth surgery but as my impacted wisdom tooth started to cause me pain and prevent me from eating comfortably, knew I had to start looking for an oral surgeon. I looked through Yelp and found this place with great reviews on successful wisdom teeth stories and quick recovery. They scheduled me for a consultation the next day and turns out I had four impacted wisdom teeth from the X-rays they showed me. They scheduled me for wisdom teeth removal five days after my consultation. Dr. Senehi made this process very smooth and comfortable as I hate dentists and undergoing surgery. On the day of the surgery, Julie, one of the medical assistants, made me feel SO comfortable and gave me reassurance that would be fine. She seriously made me feel secure and that everything would go smoothly. Boy, was she right! I did not feel a thing and I had a good recovery after that. Dr. Senehi has done thousands of these surgeries and this is his skilled expertise. Dr. Senehi made sure to call and check up on me after my surgery and schedule follow up visits to make sure my recovery was going smooth. No dry socket, no horrible recovery.

"I was referred to Dr. Senehi's office by my dentist. To make a long story short, I developed a crack in one of my molars, which gave me excruciating, truly excruciating pain. Like change your personality pain. This pain started on a Saturday, I was able to get in to see my dentist on Monday, then to an endodontist on Tuesday. The endodontist determined that a root canal would not fix the tooth, because the crack extended past the gum, into the top of the tooth. The tooth had to be extracted entirely. My dentist's office was able to schedule an appointment for me, with Dr. Senehi, who had the office next door to my dentist. So, on Wednesday morning I was able to see Dr. Senehi. Mind you, this was the day before Thanksgiving 2021! Dr. Senehi extracted the problem tooth that very Wednesday morning, which gave me such relief after what I had been going through. I also had a nasty infection from the cracked tooth, which I was treated for. No wonder I was in such awful pain! I must say that the entire staff in Dr. Senehi's office, in particular Ashley, was so kind and empathetic, as was Dr. Senehi. Everything was explained in great detail, and all of my questions were answered very professionally. I truly felt well taken care of. I certainly would never want to have to go through this again, but if I ever have any kind of issues that require oral surgery, I will most definitely call on Dr. Senehi again. "Dr. Navid Senehi has relieved my pain and discomfort stemming from the growth of my wisdom teeth and TMJ issues. He is kind, gentle, and attentive to all of my requests. Upon entering the building for my consultation, I was nervous about seeing a new doctor and trusting them to treat my issues. Dr. Senehi and his whole team were extremely welcoming and ensured I was comfortable each step of the way.
Removing my wisdom teeth was an easy process, thanks to Dr. Senehi, as I had minimal swelling and pain. I was especially nervous about the swelling that happens after the extraction, and Dr. Senehi assured me that he would not cause too much swelling.
Lastly, I have suffered from constant headaches, wringing in my ear, and pain due to my TMJ issues. Dr. Senehi was the first doctor who truly listened to my pain as opposed to assuming and helped me understand what is causing my pain. He treated me with botox in my jaws and I felt immediate relief the next day. I no longer have headaches, and I am able to eat an apple without any pain.

"My first review ever! This exceptional team is worth every word. I needed 4 wisdom teeth extracted, had zero experience of what to expect, first in my family to get my wisdom teeth extracted. It's one thing when the Doctor is amazing, but a whole new experience when everyone involved in my time at FOSI truly left a mark.
While Dr. Senehi is experienced (you will feel it right away), he's also humble and will took time to go over any concerns or questions I had even though he had a busy schedule PLUS I came in without an appointment because the pain was hard to manage and they still allowed me to walk-in without an appointment. He followed up with phone calls after my surgeries (I had 2) to make sure I was okay.
Julie, assisted in both my surgeries, she is definitely a standard anyone in her position/field should follow! She's so kind and explained my post-surgery questions in regards to (food I can eat, meds, mouth wash, things to avoid,...basically anything I was worried about she knew a solution. She also has a fun and caring personality that makes any concerns you may have gone in an instant!
Ashley, assisted me with financial options, she was transparent with any cost involved with my surgeries, she gave me a breakdown of all prices so I knew exactly what I was paying for before I made any commitment, so there was ZERO surprises in my bank statement, what was presented is exactly the amount I paid nothing more. Transparency was greatly appreciated! I'm tired of hospital costs that I pay and have almost no clue what half of the stuff is! Ashley was honest about everything.
Celine, assisted in my 2nd surgery, I felt slightly drowsy after my 2nd surgery, which sometimes does happen, no biggie. They were kind enough to keep me in a room to relax until I felt good enough to drive. Celine actually walked me to the restroom and waited outside to make sure I'm okay and safe while walking back to the room I was resting in. So caring!
All in all, extremely high standards in everything they did professionally and on a human to human level. Hard to believe a wisdom teeth experience was (fun) but this wonderful team made it happen. Can't recommend them enough

At his post-surgical visit a week following surgery, Dr. Senehi flushed the surgical area and was pleased with how he was healing, giving him the go ahead to eat a real meal. "I have to start off with saying Dr. Senehi and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Over the course of several months, I gradually began to have jaw pain that proceeded to get worse and worse. As someone who recently had moved to California from out of the state, I had no idea where to go for my wisdom tooth extraction. I never once had surgery and I have an immense fear of needles. However, Dr. Sinehi and his team were incredibly understanding of this, and were able to ensure I was comfortable before, during, and after both my consultation and procedure. While discussing the nature of my wisdom teeth during the consultation, I was informed details of how the surgery would need to be performed. Despite being a bit nervous due to such, I knew I was in good hands. The extraction itself only took about an hour. Not only was it a quick process, but a smooth one too with the recovery. After going home shortly after, I bled only for a few hours, and had little to no swelling. Soon after, it was a quick road to recovery! Dr. Senehi continued to check up on me to ensure I was doing well afterwards. "Words truly can't describe how amazing Dr. Senehi and his team is. I had to get 3 wisdom teeth removed. I went in for a consultation one day with no idea on when i'd get a surgery. The consultation went better than anticipated and the doctor was willing to go out of his comfort zone for me to be comfortable which meant a lot to me because i've bad experience with being put to sleep for surgery. After the consultation, we were able to schedule a surgery a few days later. On the day of the surgery, I arrived promptly and was ready. The doctor and his team made sure I was comfortable before putting me to sleep and doing their work. The surgery overall took an hour and a half or so. Then I picked up medicine from the pharmacy below and went home. When I went home, I slept for a few hours then when I woke up, to my surprise, no bleeding at all or swelling which was something very surprising. That same night around 7pm the doctor called to ask how I was doing which meant a lot because not many doctors would call after surgery, they would just have their assistants call and whatnot. Then for the next few days, the doctor called me to ask how I was doing and how my healing was going. A week after surgery, I had my follow up and I was given a syringe to flush out the holes in my wisdom teeth. Then I was good to go. Overall, amazing experience. Will never recommend anyone to anywhere else aside from this doctor."

"I had my first appointment at FOSI one week ago, when I walked in I knew immediately, intuitively just by the front office staff that I was in the right place. "I had been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed for years, but when one had gotten infected and starting causing immense pain, I knew I had put it off for too long. After visiting a few oral surgeons and getting multiple opinions, I had settled on Dr. Senehi's office and I am so glad that I did. To begin, the girls at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I was incredibly nervous and they made me feel much better about the whole procedure. They were able to get me in rather quickly after the original consultation (a few days after I called initially) and I was so thankful to finally take the plunge and get them removed once and for all. Although I was going into the surgery incredibly nervous (I almost cried because I had never been under anesthesia before) it was a completely painless process and I don't remember a thing from the procedure, which is exactly what I had hoped! "After having my surgery I am coming back to say that this was by far one of the best dentists I've ever dealt with. Dr. Senehi and his staff are beyond amazing and I've never felt like a dentist took as much pride in his work the way he does. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and felt good as soon as I left, granted I was under some meds but I didn't experience any insane pain or discomfort the day of my surgery and the days after. I had some swelling but I followed the dentist orders to the tee and was able to control it with ice packs. I was given written instructions when I left as well as oral prior to my leaving about caring for my mouth after the procedure, it had so much information that I didn't feel the need to reach out to the office as any question I ever had was answered in those papers. Dr. Senehi called me the night of my surgery to check in on me and was asking me a bunch of questions and giving me advice for the upcoming days. I felt nervous going into the procedure, obviously, but they made it all better and made me feel 100% comfortable 100% of the time. "I am writing this review before receiving any treatments from Dr. Senehi. First impressions count for a lot and this is exactly what I'll tell you about. After years of avoiding teeth work, I decided that before I have children and other big expenses that I will take care of my teeth and do whatever I had to, to improve my smile, etc. After finding an amazing general dentist who highly recommended I take care of my wisdom teeth I was referred to Dr. Senehi, before I even made an appointment I jumped onto yelp and found mostly amazing reviews and a few odd ones. I was reached out to by one of the front desk gals (spoke with Nicole, Miranda and Carol, all amazing) and was looking to make an appointment to get a consultation. They worked me in at a time that perfectly fit my work schedule. I went in and as I am with any dental work, I was nervous and a bit shaky. When we looked at my x-rays Dr. Senehi quickly identified and explained the problem areas to me, we did an exam as well and went over a treatment plan. As if the dentist itself wasn't already something I was scared about my bottom wisdom teeth were monsters, they were huge and had my nerve wrapped around it. One was literally half the size of my jaw bone, it was something that would have given me nightmares. Dr. Senehi was quick to make my worries disappear, he explained everything to me in detail including the possible side effects and other information. I left my consultation with an appointment for the very next week and left a deposit towards my out of pocket costs. After a few days of working with my insurance they call me to give me an out of pocket cost estimate and confirmed my Thursday appointment. I have a clear expectation of what I will be walking into Thursday morning and how my recovery process will be. Dr. Senehi and his team are incredible and I am sure I am in good hands. "I have been dealing with painful issues from my mouth that I could never understand after multiple trips to multiple dentists and specialists before finally I found Dr. Senehi. I am pleased with the care I received. From walking into their spotless and beautiful office I felt I was in Beverly Hills working with one of the best. After the consultation Dr. S. who is more than accredited with many degrees and pointed out the cause of my ongoing mouth pain after talking with him and getting the right x-ray.
After several several several "experts" I went to visit, he was the first to point out my impacted wisdom teeth along with one that was hidden as well. When he confirmed that my teeth had shifted drastically I felt a weight lift from my shoulders with the relief of being heard out and in the care of the right doctor when no one else was able to do anything else. He had me comfortably in the operating chair to fix me up and I was so safe and cozily sedated before he began anything and the procedure went perfect. Felt like I just blinked and all was done. The staff and Dr. are all very accommodating and made sure I didn't leave without my trusted ride being there to sign me out so that I left in trusted hands while still feeling the dream state of anesthesia. I'm so grateful for this doctor's practice and relieved to have found him before further damage would've been done. Thank you FOSI!!"

"The best wisdom teeth removal ever! I am an overly cautious person, so I like to know what I’m getting myself into before I decide to go anywhere. I chose FOSI for one reason: Their website was so helpful! Dr. Senehi has a ‘wisdom teeth extraction’ tab and it answered every single question I had from pre to post-op. So I thought, sweeeet this place seems to get me. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I’m a skeptical person and Dr. Senehi and his staff were extremely kind and put me at ease. I had gotten my right wisdom teeth removed when I was 17 and had a pretty painful recovery that ended up leading to an infection and swelled sooo bad from a different surgeon. After Dr. Senehi and his team took care of removing my left side at now age 26, I expected the same thing to happen. To my surprise, I had MINIMAL swelling, like you could barely tell at all. I was AMAZED. My recovery process was super smooth and I’m just so thankful that this experience was completely opposite of my former experience. "I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday with Dr. Senehi and his surgical team. I was a little nervous going into the operation, because I had never been "put under" before. However, it was definitely time I had the procedure done due to some crowding my wisdom teeth had caused. Dr. Senehi made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He had a big smile on his face the morning of my surgery, and helped ease my nerves. I remember going to sleep and waking up in shock that it was over. I went home with little to no pain. I slept for a few hours after my surgery and woke up around 7 pm to watch netflix. I was able to talk, laugh, and eat with no discomfort! "Getting my wisdom teeth taken out was one of my biggest fears since as long as I can remember. I had one friend who got a terrible dry socket and another who had her teeth all tangled in her roots. That said, coming in for a consultation, I was very nervous. Dr. Senehi was very thorough and explained everything with pictures, etc. However, I still cried and had a panic attack just talking about the procedure that wasn't even happening for a few months. Of course, Dr. Senehi calmed me down assuring me that he was meant for this job-and in fact, he was correct.
When the day of surgery came, I bawled once again. Certainly, Dr. Senehi and his assistants were patient with my anxiety and did not rush to put me under until I felt comfortable. After the surgery, the staff was sure to call the same day and a few more times after the week given my nervousness for a bad outcome. During my follow up a few days later, I also cried again. And, instead of being frustrated with me, Dr. Senehi gave me a holiday basket. Overall, thankfully, I had no complications and my fears went to waste. If you are anxious about going to an oral surgeon, Dr. Senehi lives up to his name-Third Molar Master. I am so thankful that him and his staff dealt with my emotional self.
